Our priority is our commitment to our service users respecting their wishes and choices on how they receive care and support. We look at the individual as a whole and what is important to them in their life to create a bespoke package around their daily needs. We like to treat our staff with the respect and encouragement they deserve from working in a very high demanding environment and will support them with any extra training and mentoring they feel they need.

Respect, Response And Involvement

Care packages are implemented with the people we support or where needed with the involvement of family and friends. We treat everyone with dignity and professionalism. For all new care inquiries, a senior member of staff will come out to do an assessment of needs to make sure we send the best service and staff that suit your needs. All packages are reviewed regularly to account for any changes required within the support we supply. This will only happen with the service user’s input.
