Our Story and Mission
PRN healthcare staffing was started and operated by NMC regulated registered nurses. This was an idea was created and managed by Ajie, an NMC registered nurse with over 15 years of experience within the health care industry. She brings her experiences from Accident and Emergency Nursing Care, Oncology (including palliative care), Education and Training, Research and Infection Control Nursing. She also brings her experiences from care of the elderly, including dementia and Alzheimer’s care, working in both residential and Nursing care homes.
PRN healthcare staffing was created in 2021 after several discussions and research with fellow registered nurses. It was decided that it was time to revolutionise the way we provided home care delivery. We aim to concentrate on creating the highest quality in consumer service, providing person centred care whilst upholding the very best in professionalism.
Our goal is to become one of the UK’s largest provider of care and support for our loved ones choosing to remain at home and provide staffs for services that require assistance with their staffing levels.
Our mission is to provide a high standard of care, incorporating care, compassion, courage, communication, commitment and competence into everyday practice. We provide excellent training to all our staff members to ensure effective and individual centred care is delivered to every service users at all times.

We look after our carers
We know that if our carers are happy and confident in their abilities, they will do an excellent job.
Training is a core part of the carer induction process. We give all new carers an induction training course and every carer comes back for a yearly update. Training in specialist areas is also ongoing throughout their time with us.
We also have a specialist carer support team who are there to offer help, advice and a listening ear to all of our carers should they require it.
